The Amari Hotel provided a comfortable stay with its nice and clean rooms. The excellent breakfast spread showcased a variety of options, ensuring a delightful start to the day. The spacious room was promptly attended to, with Mr Mark showcasing exceptional diligence in resolving maintenance issues. The Front Office staff were welcoming and cheerful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, there were some setbacks with room allocation, which may impact future stays. The concierge staff were notably helpful, catering to guests' needs efficiently. The location, though not very close to the BTS station, offered access to vibrant markets and convenient transportation options. The value offered by Amari Hotel is commendable, with attentive staff and convenient amenities, making it a reasonable choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in a bustling locale.
